Choose an event, choose or upload its image/GIF, then click Attach to selected event. Uploading makes an object available; attaching is what links it to the event. The demonstration plays over this administration page.
This is separate from live Broadcast messages. For now its only trigger is app entry, and it runs once each time a guest enters the app.
Swipe or use the arrows to move between elements in a block. Tap a card (outside the badges/status circle) to open its edit view; Write-permission holders can double-tap the enlarged image or video there to replace it from local files. The status circle cycles Accepted/Denied for Write access, and also Removed/Armed-for-permanent-deletion for Grant-all access. A block is hidden entirely if your current badge on it is Denied.
Warning: This permanently deletes every slot-winner and Wishing Well submission, clears their gallery/history records, and restores the reels to the current 18 starter images. The three protected featured images are kept.
Downloads a standalone snapshot of the event's current approved content: featured photos, reel slots guests have won, the approved gallery, and the calendar. Manually downloading it does not pause, close, or otherwise change the live game; submissions can continue and you can download a newer keepsake later. The scheduled event end closes the event and builds the final keepsake on the server, but it is not automatically published or sent to members.

A page-turning keepsake book of every accepted memory, filterable by category, date, and location. It unlocks for guests once the event is closed and this has been marked purchased. Collect payment however you'd like outside the app, then toggle it here. As a host, "Open Keepsake Hub" always works here, even before closing or purchasing.
Send a short text ticker message to everyone currently in the app. It scrolls across the top of their screen without interrupting the game, and can be dismissed early.
Log in here as either the PlatformHost (the token above) or as a specific Host/SuperHost using the personal access code they were given -- either one goes in the "Admin token" field above. PlatformHost/Owner-only actions (removing another PlatformHost, editing the permission grid) stay hidden unless you're logged in as the Owner.
The local-only, access-code roster has been retired. Every guest, Host, SuperHost, and Platform Host now comes through AirBridge Universe below -- invite them directly, or they can request access themselves and you'll see it here either way.
Invite someone by name and phone -- they'll see it as a pending invitation the next time they log in to their own AirBridge Universe, and can accept or reject it themselves.
The name and description AirBridge members see for this event in their own Ceri Directory/launcher -- separate from anything guests see inside this app itself.
